Consumer Reference group site tour

On Wednesday 16th October members from the Ryde Hospital Redevelopment’s Consumer Reference Group (CRG) joined the project team on site to view construction progress.
 
For almost three years, the CRG has played an integral role in shaping the future of the hospital, while fostering a valuable connection between the community and the project team.
 
During their visit, the group saw the interim kitchen currently being constructed on the roof of Graythwaite Rehabilitation Centre, visited the interim ICU site and toured the refurbished Trigg House, which will serve as a surgical ward for patients while the redevelopment takes place.
 
The works are being carried out by building contractor, A W Edwards, who led the group on the site walk.
